I never posted they didn't have any any exposure only that as all the exposure is guaranteed by the parent company the exposure is minimal as shown in my posts above.
Now as the guarantee, lease payments & operating exposure are all covered in the above posts, the initial point of there being a significant risk from the tenant not being able to pay the rent due to a Chinese ban is irrelevant.
