Don't know how accurate these ratios are, but if they are fairly close, I would be much more concerned being in the UK's shoes. Approaching 500% of External GDP. Now that is what I call scary. Forget about the rest of the EU as they are cactus anyway even though the PM of Italy, Monti reckons they have turned around. I think he has had too much Koolaid. China looks pretty tame in comparison.
