China believes the winner takes all. They don't believe there are powerful players. They only believe there is only one super power. second, China believes money can penetrate any barriers. Not only poor African countries, Chinese money are everywhere in USA, EU. Of course Australia. unfortunately their influences are everywhere. Third, China doesn't follow the rules. When Canada/US dropped the charges to the CFO of Huawei, those 2 Canadians were just magically released, nobody ever questioned where are all those charges. This is just 1 latest example that China is not ruled by laws and will not follow any other laws. those who compromise for short term economic benefits with China are really the biggest fools
