China loses appeal in WTO export restrictions case
"EU Trade Commissioner Karel De Gucht said the decision would force China to drop export restrictions for the materials in question, as well as for rare earths, which are subject of a separate case."
Initially you would think prices would drop on this news but it would only mean that China will run out of supply and it also shows us the rest of the world is desperate for supply.
Are China already one step ahead of the WTO with there enviro restrictions, l think so.
