China Minmetals completes general offer on HNC (02626) 02 Aug 2010
(Infocast News) China Minmetals Corporation, China Minmetals H. K. (Holdings) Limited and Hunan Nonferrous Metals (02626) HNC(2626)
(HNC) announced jointly that all the conditions in relation to China Minmetals H. K.'s general offer on HNC have been satisfied and completion has taken place on 2 August 2010 in accordance with the terms of the equity transfer agreement. The H-share offer has become unconditional in all respects.
