Thats no exactly true because MOU,s arent worth the paper they are written on.Check out MSC and their recent MOU.
I have never owned SMA and only checked the recent activity,but for sure a week ago one couldnt even sell for .005.
Beware here as the MOU is nothing in any country..Its holds the same weight as a "gentleman's agreement", ie a handshake
