Totally understood GoNuke, however the point I was making was in relation to the MC's of both companies and the amount of money needed to take control of them, hence my belief that Hanlong can pay a bit more. It is another thing if they do or don't.
Yes, PDN do produce two mines in two countries and have ~550mlb's in total resources, but also have about ~$1b in debt (bank loans and convertible bonds), which would make it even more expensive to the suitor of PDN.
BMN is a young company on the verge of production with 212mlb's in total resource, convertible bond of $10m, and such an easy target in the scheme of things currently.
I am definitely not saying that BMN is better than PDN, on the contrary, although what I am saying is that for a smaller outlay, Hanlong can gain control of a baby and raise it in the methods they know an want.
