In regards to deception are you saying that Trump was actually lying when he kept saying for a month there is is no problem in the USA, it was completely under control and they were doing the best testing? Because during that time they have become the epicenter and let hundreds of infected people come here and infect Australia. It is a fact most Aussie infections came from the USA, no one coming in from the USA epicenter had to spend any time on Christmas island, they were allowed in to infect us.. I think it was probably just as much incompetence and Trumps mental disorder that he thinks he knows better then anyone else and should just keep it all quite as his small mind thought a miracle would just make it dissapear.. But if you thin it was malevolent deception then yes it's possible... If so how should the USA pay?? I don't think they should be you seem to agree with Jim other countries are responsible for the governing of our own??
