I think Terry Barnes should do some research. He could start with the following article dated 26 January 2020. IMHO, not too many took notice and were completely lax. If they had taken SOME notice they would have prepared for it. I suspect they thought initially it was going to be restricted to China so who cares???????? Very sad! We are all paying the price for Guvnuts being asleep at the wheel - NAY, our lousy useless Guvnuts actually said Chinese students could spend 14 days in another country and happily catch a plane to The Land of Oz!! No doubt many of these either brought it in from China or caught it in the country they were spending their 14 days!! Just to keep the lousy Unis happy?
