@Bennypop, If a neighbour of yours threw in a heap of thorny weeds into your beautiful Pasture paddock, do you blame the neighbour, or do you blame the farm workers who did not see the weeds until they had grown and then are scrambling to get rid of them..Wake up.

Okay lets use another anology that is closer to the situation. If your kid visit your neighnour and stands in dog turd then walks into to your house bringing it in do you blame the neghbour or the kid (returning citizen )
