china must replace millions of existing homes

Hey Guys

Looks like the Chinese need to replace the horrid quality housing that was built from 1949 to 1999 which houses hundreds of millions of Chinese! Houses built during this time was done quickly and cheaply, with their housing only lasting 25-30 years, whereas British buildings last 130+ and American approx 75 years!

At the same time as this, they continue to expand and modernise the central and western parts of China with housing, roads, bridges rail etc!

Providing for so much construction will keep demand for our minerals like iron ore and coal at an elevated level for a very long time.
