All good reasons and well thought through as usual!! I hadn't thought about CNOOC having a relationship with WPL already thru the NWS - good point. The main attraction is probably that there is plenty of upside in the mauritanian oil prov in the Mauritanian oil provence and that this is not factored into the current HDR sp ... i.e. it is attractively priced on its assets (undervalued).

Looking forward to an exciting and rewarding drilling season.
