They aren't fools, like the Western governments with their ill fated attempts to stimulate their economies. The Chinese are moving towards stimulus from within through the building of infrastructure ASSETS. That is what the West did in the thirties, but current governments just don't seem to see the point, they'd prefer to drive their economies into the ground via bureaucratic expansion and greater taxation burdens on both the employed, unemployed, elderly and children. There is a tax wherever you look in the Western 'Democratic' nations. Fools, we are on a path of self imposed destruction.
History shows that EVERY empire that has collapsed has done so primarily due to bloated bureaucracies which are fed by taxation beyond the social contract. Those at the top finally have their ego's popped, but in the process destroy the civilisation they have pretended to serve.
