if these are lab developed virus regardless who introduce it, you would think the instigators would be the least affected? Remember the mustard gas usage in WW1 and the change of wind direction?

Be careful of propaganda from both sides. The difference is that when we are fed them in the West we consume them as the gospel truth while in Russia/China they know when to be skeptical.
