    Well it is a starting point. But, whether or not they will get it, it is a different matter.

    IMHO, They will be jumping with excitement if they will get 20%.

    You know how it goes:

    China, I want 40%.

    BHP, you get nothing.

    China, how about 20% then.

    BHP, Deal.
