    China promised Thursday to reduce its "carbon intensity," a measure of carbon dioxide emissions per unit of gross domestic product, by 40% to 45% by 2020, compared with 2005 levels.

    it is seems most likely Chinese companies may have more opportunities to cooperate with ECT
