and what you are forgetting is that people willingly took their skills to america, not only for a higher income, but also because they saw a bright future for themselves and their children in a free, democratic and progressive country with a strong tradition of rule of law backed up by a constitution which gauranteed their rights
china has a long way to go before it becomes an attractive destination for human capital
