    Your right - federal circuit awaiting briefing from Nuceonics and BLT whether Nucleonics appeal to be upheld or dismissed. Ball's still in Nucleonics court and BLT are awaiting their briefing.

    Nucleonics taking their time.

    I'm thinking/hoping this latest Supreme Court ruling on obviousness making patents harder to defend may be to late to apply to BLT patent.
