tharlow please go on to Biotech news and read all articles on Benitec, before posting any more inaccurate info,, benitec has over 60 patents and patent applications in its porfolio, other wise why would merck and pfizer and sigmaaldrich all have deals with benitec,, as wellas an promega, ambion , and the list goes on If i was the ceo of Nucleonics i too would be angry , with benitec and try and hit back, when you have to answer a $50 million us dollar question to the investors...
