lei88, I feel you are very mis informed about a number of factors here. I would like to know where you are getting your information from ? I think you really do need to look a few more facts, and never "EVER" believe Chinese numbers when it comes to stats on any commodity, it is cultural for them to lie about everything when it comes to inventories or other wise. For them, its just business, and that goes for manipulating markets for various commodities as well.
From where is the link you obtained your information ?
