China looks after China. There's a swag of African countries wondering who pulled the Rug to from under them (their mine development). Treat them as if they want to steal you back teeth and you'll approximate where they're coming from. (Of course they'll shout I'm racist, unfeeling and capitalist etc. implying the're not). What they won't say is OK, now you know where I'm coming from. That Gus is dealing with US utilities is and should be valued at a premium.
