W.A Premier Colin Barnett noted in his recent visit to
China 'a shift in Policy under new Govt.with a
strong emphasis on the environment'
Also worth noting.. that according to the 12th Five-Year
Plan on solar power development.. investment in distributed
solar power generation is expected to reach $23 billion
by 2015

due to Tornado/Hurricane damage blowing out existing power infrastructure..
