    Liangshan rare earth extraction technology to achieve scientific and technological breakthroughs

    Chinese obviously working to improve cost efficiency HRE, to produce an economic product at the new norm of dramatically reduced prices. Simply getting harder & harder for remote, < 1% grade, hard rock, (underground???) deposits to compete.
