Well this is good in that it proves (i) that the SLI agreement wasn't dependent or reliant upon the Kingaroy project getting the go-ahead, (ii) that the intention is still that SLI will subscribe for further capital in CXY, and (iii) that there is real progress on WuNiTe if they are getting down to specifics on a particular coal deposit!!

Nice to see the repositioning of CXY is already on its way!!
