The sellers of stock I suspect were funders given shares in past and they just sell at a profit where they can no different to traders only bigger..
As for the above article sorry cannot comment as don’t know enough about tech nor the company plans... as for the comments it will eliminate NET technology, welll that’s one super negative side or it could mean NET tech will be used to create this new platform in China.. Just guesses on both sides as usual..
