    This is called obstruction. Timed perfectly days before the BFS was to be released!!! What happens now with the BFS due in 1 week...

    They've taken their bat and ball because they wanted a slice of OP&R and didn't get it.

    However, they will still be in position to bring their bat and ball back one day.

    I would like more detail on this. Is this temporary until the final decision later in year or have they completely thrown the towel in??
