I think people are much too optimistic about OPR proceeding, even without MMX.
This could be a genuine thumbs down from Sinosteel about the cost of doing business in WA, and who can blame them ?
Iro ore prices have peaked, China is spluttering ( a bit ), yet project costs in Australia keep rising. And that's without Mining Tax/Carbon Tax on top !
WA has blown this one, IMO, and I don't see the quick fix everyone else does, because Barnett might be able to rearrange the deckchairs, but he can't change the costs.
