    I still don't see how this can be construed as a negative... the Oakajee port&rail was supposed to have a capacity of 45mtpa... Sinosteel/Midwest wanted 15mtpa, MMX are targeting production of 30-35mtpa, and GBG another 15mtpa... The current OPR design isn't big enough to satisfy all the foundation customers anyway, wouldn't it just now mean that MMX can take a bigger slice of proposed OPR capacity?
