Everything EV , bombs, missiles , planes uses REE magnets. Australia needs its own REE processing facilities. Esperance region should be used as Australia's home of REE processing with renewable energy so abundant in area. China can halt REE exports in an instant. Imagine relying on a country to supply critical minerals needed in war times and who is also an ally of Russia. Honestly Esperance REE clays should become major REE mining hub.
