I reckon we are moving beyond caring what Trump supporters think. Like caring what neo-nazis think of civil society. Their opinions aren't worth a tinker's cuss. Their vociferous ignorance is progressively damaging to our nation and its democracy.

Listening to their stupidity just legitimises it. Has arguing with it changed opinions. I'd say no. We've allowed it to walk alongside well informed opinions and undeservedly given it a seat at the table. It needs to be put back in its evil box.
