The Australia has the best quality coal --- let China buy it from others A N D choke the planet with CO2 .There is heaps of 'dirty coal' out there. Mongolia in particular - Africa ..... etc
Maybe we think China Administration is stupid -well you make up your own mind on that- But if they did go elsewhere for their supplies .....
Then yes they are stupid-- towards themselves
