China recovery - interesting stats or cover up

Anybody else bemused by the statistics coming from China regarding their miraculous recovery rates.

China 81304 confirmed cases 58946 recovered 72% recovered

Italy 53578 confirmed cases 6072 recovered 11% recovered
Spain 25374 confirmed cases 2125 recovered 8% recovered
USA 24148 confirmed cases 171 recovered 0.7% recovered
Germany 22123 confirmed cases 232 recovered 1% recovered

Then when you get into specific Chinese cities or regions the recovery stats are miraculous
Sichuan 542 cases 536 recovered 99% recovered
Jilin 93 cases 92 recovered 99% recovered
Guangxi 254 cases 250 recovered 98% recovered
Jiangxi 935 cases 934 recovered 99% recovered
And it goes on and on throughout China.

Interesting that in China so few new people are getting the virus, recovering so rapidly and so few deaths.
