China is facing a demographic crunch that is a slow moving car crash for the country. The one child policy has created a shocking hangover China will pay dearly for enacting.
(The CCP is terrified China "will grow old before it grows rich", and considering the ENTIRE legitimacy of the CCP is economic developement, demographic issues are critical to the party's survival.)
On top of this, increasingly educated populations naturally have less children, and increased female participation in China is another big factor in a reducing birth rate.
Remember the baby bonus in Australia, think about all the family payments in Aus well above what a Chinese family could dream of, AND no previous restrictions on number of children. Does Australia have a birth rate above replacement? No, Australia requires migration.
This is certainly not a negative for A2, but is it unlikely to lead to any material benefit for the company.
