There has been no Chinese sanction on Australian milk, dairy products etc. There aren't even many pre-existing tariffs, and those which did exist are due to be eliminated fully by 2026. This was negotiated in ChAFTA back in 2015. If you don't believe me maybe you'll believe Dairy Australia:

Moreover, A2 milk is a NEW ZEALAND company. I should know because I've been an A2 investor since 2015.
New Zealand and China have a free trade agreement with some of the most generous provisions for NZ dairy. As of the beginning of this year China removed all duties on NZ infant formula: https://www.china-briefing.com/news/china-removes-all-safeguard-duties-on-new-zealands-dairy-products/
