Yep, that's the reason Suburbs after Suburbs are closing due to foreclosures in the USA. Australia is Not far behind; Manufacturing is looked with contempt here & soon there won't be any manufacturing left here, (as long as people are happy to accept imported Lower Quality products). IMO.
