Very negative reception regarding this news in China, the cost of education is the main concern. I don't think this will help the share price to be honest. Most people be struggling with 2 kids let alone 3. Unless you have lived in China you don't know how expensive it is to get good education in China. I been there and done that and I have to say, I would not be able to afford it if I have 2 kids in China.
