To me that comments before the G20 meeting, from Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao, use it in a correct timing. It act like a hint to US that China will not going to pour out anymore money or buy some government bond.
So US now asking the western to pour their money to US's (IMF) to help the poor countries.(which i think it's include US).
Do not forget head of IMF is chosen by US Government. (I think it is unfair.)
