So the chemicals are imported into Mexico even though they are banned in America for exportation to Mexico?
Do some research on the China/Myanmar border and the chemical factories that produce the world's Methamphetamine and precursor drugs and the supply routes to Mexico. The Mexican cartels have established suuply avenues into America, that is a win win for both parties.
