PLT management seemed to be quite open with information until the end of August 07 after which all business comment dried up.

In the August 07 Shareholder Update is stated: "The first commercial shipments of TruScreen product have been supplied to a number of international distributors effective August 07. We expect export sales to increase progressively in the months ahead."
If this were the case would it not be quite simple to state that repeat order have been coming in from countries A, B, ...,etc?

There was quite some hype about gaining technical approval from China. The distribution agreement for China was already in place in July 2006. However, there has been no further comment. I attended the AGM 29 Nov 06 (yes 06) at which I asked some leading questions from the new management to ascertain if they knew what they were doing, including how to do business with the Chinese, how one cannot sue Chinese companies, etc. Ben Dillon gave an extensive and magnificent discourse. (I think DMA was also there.) The China distribution agreement is with Global Medical Technologies of Singapore. If there were any problems then they would be bound by either Singapore or Australian law. The agreement with G.M.T. was not exclusive. He expects the Chinese to do some reverse engineering. The expectation was to sell into China after Chinese New Year (Feb 07). Various specific forecasts were made that were very enthusing. (I always write extensive meeting notes.)

I mention the above in summary as there appears to be a problem through non achievement. Pity was that I had a competing AGM to attend in 07 so that I could not follow up the same issues.
