Tretch, I was thinking of 2 things about this proposed Indian processing plant: (i) the fact that a big Japanese car maker wants to secure an OS but non-Chinese source of processed REEs - no doubt for its expanding fleet of RE-reliant vehicles and (ii) the possibility of PEK getting its REEs there for processing.
However I have little if any knowledge about processing and what comes out at the end. Maybe you or others could advise on that. I did read somewhere tho that a concentrate can be produced before shipping for final(?) processing. Maybe PEK would do that first. Just a guess tho.
