    Troubled US lithium ion battery producer A123 Systems has confirmed that it will be acquired by China’s Wanxiang Group, for $465m.

    I didn't see this one coming. I originally thought the talk of China take overs was just rumors... This lends some credibility to those that were speaking about it.
