The questions are rhetorical in attempt to get you to try and understand something. Of course I know the answers.

But the first was a poorly phrased question. I thought we had the context understood. Obviously not. I meant "Where is all the gold going that is not going into Central Banks" in those countries where all of it must be sold to the CB's and it is illegal to export it.

The second question you failed to understand or answer but I think it is worded OK.
