A 6.7 billion coal mine in the basin next to Adani's coal mine has been shelved. China Stone has shelved the project and vacated its offices in Australia. The mine which is much bigger than the Adani coal mine has flown under the radar. The mine was expected to produce 3000 jobs an export 38 million tones of coal directly to China. How will the Qld govt spin this loss in an area that has one of the highest rates of unemploment.
