I also think China is key to success in kyrgyzstan, as they have the capital and will to develop the energy rich area, which coincidently has mhl licenses very close, and seems to be a new field discovery. The seep is good news, as it shows there are free flowing oil in the sediments, it is ust finding the optimum points in the field to develop drilling stategy.
