    Im sorry you cant see a link to the article posted by PLV sub holder EIM capital linking SDL and PLV to the way Chinese companies ( eg Timeoen ) get a foot in the door in Aussie resource explorers.

    I would have have thought it may have some relevance obviously you dont.
