yes I agree, I guess what I am trying to demonstrate is the current irrational behaviour of this market.
IIF and GMG are comparable business's operationally, thats why I use the comparision. We watch the debate here on HC ( which is good and healthy)about debt, refi risk, NAV etc.
Balance sheet of each is an interesting comparison, and is a driver in my investment decision.
On the Greg Goodman debate, if we follow Adele Ferguson view, we should sack every CEO who has held the role during the last 3-5 yrs. It is nonsense.
