Until recently the Hang Seng and the Dow Jones have been tracking each other in their respective recoveries.
As can be seen in the chart below (Hang Seng {Blue}, Dow Jones (Red}).
Note the recent seperation in the overlays between the Dow and the Hang Seng.
The Hang Seng has begun its correction (no doubt being influenced by the collapsing Shanghai Composite {Black}, which is well and truly into its correction).
It is only a matter of time before the DOW corrects and hence our market too.
