Nah, both BAL and A2M knows what the new rules mean. CBEC positive is rather explicit around the standard of infant formula that can be sold on CBEC. Neither BAL or A2M's formula meet this standard. Both companies are holding off the announcement because they both expect CBEC grace period will be extended once more. And being an A2M shareholder, I hope they are correct.
