Might spark more interest for importing coal!
Picked this article up, whilst checking on an old favourite of mine ~ Rare Earths.

Interest in neighbouring MONO is looking even more positive, for the Coking Coal needs of China.
Noted there is no mention of Thermal, so assume happy to keep on mining the poorer cousin?
