By chance I have stumbled over this article that seems to lend some validity to claims that getting approvals for Chinese distribution is not as easy as one might hope.
As evolis would be considered an anti hairloss treatment it would be stuck in the Special Cosmetics side of the accompanying chart.
Interesting to note that it all came about whilst Anagenics/Cellmid and Mr Ko were in the middle of the first year of their deal.
Nobody, including Maria, Carolyn, Mr Ko, Ouri, Aeon could have foreseen this shifting of goalposts by Chinese authorities so apportioning blame onto the AN1 management for the lack of Chinese funds is a mistake.
Considering this Chinese deal was supposed to change things a lot I think Anagesics has done really well with the latest 4C with virtually no input from China.
So here it is, an explanation, or at least a likely reason, not an excuse as some may see it.
